On February 12, 2020, 18-year-old Terrance Warren Ransom was found fatally shot multiple times in a yard on Williams Avenue in Dothan, Alabama. Responding officers pronounced him dead at the scene.
Following the incident, investigators identified 26-year-old Brandon Fluellen as a suspect. He was located at a local hotel, where, after negotiations, he surrendered without incident and was charged with murder.
