In the late hours of a Mardi Gras evening in Mobile, Alabama, the life of 51-year-old Eldred Martin Hall was tragically cut short in a burst of violence. On February 24, 2020, Hall was a passenger in a vehicle, traveling near the intersection of St. Anthony and Dearborn streets, when the car was ambushed. The man behind the gun was Anthony Nmn Orr, the 52-year-old ex-husband of the car's driver.
