In the summer of 2020, the life of 20-year-old Bernard Hardy Jr. was cut short by an act of gun violence in Montgomery, Alabama. On the evening of Friday, July 10th, officers from the Montgomery Police Department were called to the 3100 block of Gastonia Street. Upon arrival, they found Hardy with a fatal gunshot wound.
