On the evening of October 28, 2020, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Birmingham Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 4300 block of Gadsden Street. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Black male Jehudijah Uzel Davis unresponsive in the front seat of a black sedan, suffering from a gunshot wound.
