In the winter of 2021, the life of 19-year-old Christian Curtis, a male resident of Montgomery, Alabama, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of January 13th, he was discovered with a fatal gunshot wound. The Montgomery Police Department quickly launched a homicide investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
As the investigation unfolded, authorities sought help from the public to piece together the events that led to the shooting.
In an effort to generate leads, CrimeStoppers offered a financial reward for any information that would lead to an arrest in the case. During the course of the investigation, a witness reported seeing a silver sedan near the scene from which shots were believed to have been fired.
Despite the efforts of law enforcement and the plea for public assistance, the case has grown cold. To date, no arrests have been made in connection with the death of Christian Curtis, and his case remains an unsolved homicide. Graveside services were held for him on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at Greenwood Cemetery.
