On March 11, 2021, Ronald Ford, a 49-year-old man from Montgomery, Alabama, was found dead in what authorities would later determine to be a homicide. Ford's death occurred in the aftermath of an incident that unfolded early in the morning. Police responded to a call reporting a shooting at a residence in the 300 block of Olivia Drive. When they arrived at the scene, Ford was discovered with fatal gunshot wounds.
