Death by Force

On June 24, 2024, at approximately 12:50 p.m., Montgomery police and fire medics responded to a call in the 2100 block of Plum Street, where they discovered the body of 42-year-old Ashley Keith Fulghum. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. Subsequent investigations led to the arrest of 65-year-old Kevin Chase, also of Montgomery, who was charged with murder in connection with Fulghum's death.
