On June 15, 2021, a tragic shooting occurred at the Mueller Company plant in Albertville, Alabama, resulting in the death of 29-year-old Michael Lee Dobbins. The incident took place around 2:30 a.m. when Andreas Deon Horton, a 34-year-old employee of the plant, opened fire on his colleagues.
