On a late Tuesday evening in the fall of 2012, the life of Wayne Young, a male, was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 11:15 PM on September 25, 2012, in the rear of the 5000 block of H Street in the Southeast quadrant of the city. He sustained fatal injuries from a gunshot wound.
