Murdered

On September 25, 2012, Wayne Young, a 57-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was shot and killed at approximately 11:15 pm in the rear of the 5000 block of H Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to reports of gunfire and found Young suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear, and no arrests have been made in connection with this case.
