On the night of July 28, 2021, 25-year-old African American woman Kashea Green was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. The incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. in the 1800 block of Rosa Parks Avenue. Kashea Green was pronounced dead at the scene. Three other individuals were injured in the shooting: a man with life-threatening injuries and two women with non-life-threatening injuries.
