Raymond Douglas Walker Jr., a 45-year-old African American man from Hiram, Georgia, was fatally shot on September 3, 2021, in Aliceville, Alabama. The incident occurred at a residence on Franconia Road, where officers from the Aliceville Police Department discovered both Raymond and his 43-year-old brother, Cedric Donnell Walker, deceased in the yard.
