Frederick Booker, a 29-year-old resident of Northeast Washington, D.C., was fatally shot on the evening of May 5, 2013. The incident occurred at approximately 6:41 pm in the 4100 block of 20th Street Northeast. Authorities responded to a call reporting an unconscious individual inside a vehicle.
