In the spring of 2013, the life of 29-year-old Frederick Ezekiel Booker was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. On the evening of Sunday, May 5, 2013, at approximately 6:41 p.m., he was discovered inside a vehicle in the 4100 block of 20th Street NE, suffering from a gunshot wound.
