On November 21, 2021, at approximately 3:20 a.m., Mobile Police officers responded to the 6200 block of Rangeline Road in Mobile, Alabama, following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered 23-year-old Dwan Williams and 36-year-old Andre Carter, both residents of Mississippi, deceased inside a vehicle from gunshot wounds.
