On January 14, 2022, in Albertville, Alabama, 52-year-old Christopher Allen Wright was found outside his home on Johnson Drive, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Responding to a shots-fired call around midnight, deputies from the Marshall County Sheriff's Office and officers from the Douglas Police Department discovered Wright at the scene. Despite immediate attention, he succumbed to his injuries.
