In the quiet community of Manchester near Jasper, Alabama, a domestic argument on September 10, 2022, ended in the tragic death of 61-year-old Roger Russell Wolfe. A white male, Mr. Wolfe was fatally shot at his residence on Fall City Road. The Walker County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene to find him deceased outside his home.
