Abdo Kasim Musa, 28, was gunned down just before 11 p.m. on July 16, 2007 outside Matt's Market at 3320 17th Ave. North. Musa, who was pronounced dead at the scene, left a wife and four children.

Police said it appeared Musa was caught off-guard by the attack. A co-worker was sitting in a pickup truck in the adjacent parking lot, heard shots fired and saw a white car driving by afterward. No money was taken.
