In the late summer evening of August 26, 2023, in the Sunflower area of Washington County, Alabama, a family argument over a woman escalated into a tragic and fatal encounter. Titus Daquan Parnell, a 19-year-old male, was shot and killed during the dispute. When law enforcement authorities arrived at the residence on Highway 43 at approximately 9:30 p.m., they found Parnell deceased at the scene.
