In the quiet community of Banks, Alabama, the life of 62-year-old Randy Thorne came to a sudden and violent end in September of 2023. A male resident of the small town, Thorne was discovered deceased in his home on September 12, 2023, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The unsettling discovery was made after the Pike County Sheriff's Office was called to perform a welfare check at his residence.
