On April 2, 2024, 24-year-old Dontavious Williams was fatally shot multiple times in the 700 block of Reynolds Avenue in Prichard, Alabama. Family members identified Williams as the victim, and his vehicle was towed from the scene during the investigation.
Following the incident, Prichard Police sought two individuals for questioning: 28-year-old Kendarius Deonte Welch, known as "Tall Ken," and 33-year-old Nicholas Elias Mixon. Both men were considered armed.
