On August 7, 2024, 33-year-old Casey Ann Fulford was fatally shot multiple times in her Dauphin Island, Alabama, home on Chenault Avenue. Her long-term boyfriend, 45-year-old Jereme Wlee Lewis, was arrested at the scene and charged with her murder. Authorities had previously responded to the residence for domestic violence incidents.
