On August 11, 2024, 12-year-old Cle’Tavion Leshawn Smoke was fatally shot in his Prichard, Alabama, home. Authorities identified his 16-year-old brother as the primary suspect, wanted for reckless manslaughter. Following the incident, the older brother fled and remained at large.
