In the quiet community of Harvest, Alabama, the life of 28-year-old Courtney D. Jackson, a Black male, was tragically cut short on the evening of September 12, 2024. The Madison County Sheriff's Office received a call around 6:27 p.m. reporting a shooting in the 100 block of Silver Poplar Place. Upon arrival, deputies discovered that Jackson had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
