On November 9, 2015, Kenneth Evans, aged 45, was shot and killed in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred in the Southeast area of the city, and Metropolitan Police responded to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. Evans was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, and despite emergency intervention, he succumbed to his injuries. The homicide remains under investigation by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch.
