On October 30, 2015, 26-year-old Spencer Christian Ballenger was found deceased in Eagle River, Alaska. Born on June 13, 1989, in Louisville, Kentucky, Spencer moved to Anchorage, Alaska, in 1999. He was a self-employed tattoo artist, recognized for his natural artistic talent and freehand style. Spencer was known for his caring nature, often assisting others and standing against bullying. He was affectionately nicknamed "Ghost" by friends and family.
