On February 5, 2019, Daniel Olaya, 35, was intentionally struck by a vehicle at the intersection of 4th and T Streets, Northwest, in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred after Olaya and the driver, Morris Kenya Harley, got into a verbal altercation. The confrontation escalated into violence when Harley used his vehicle to hit Olaya.
