In the spring of a tragic year in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 31-year-old Ariel Jones was violently cut short. On April 18th, her body was discovered inside a vehicle, where she had been shot and the car set ablaze. The initial investigation into the brutal killing of the female victim left her family searching for answers and a community in fear.
