Jasmine Price, a 33-year-old wife and mother, was killed in a burst of rifle fire in Birmingham, Alabama. Remembered by her family as a 'beautiful soul,' her life was cut short in what her sister described as a selfless act of helping someone in need. Price was giving someone a ride in her white SUV when the vehicle was riddled with bullets. The vehicle then crashed into a small apartment building in the College Hill neighborhood and caught fire.
