Death by Force

On July 3, 2022, at approximately 11:45 p.m., 25-year-old Darneshia Mosley was involved in a domestic altercation in the parking lot of a Church's Chicken restaurant located at 824 3rd Avenue North in Birmingham, Alabama. During the dispute, she sustained gunshot wounds and was transported to UAB Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on July 4, 2022. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the incident as a homicide.
