On January 17, 2021, 39-year-old Timothy Hall was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 2:45 a.m., officers from the East Precinct responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 200 block of 62nd Street South. Upon arrival, they discovered multiple shell casings and blood at the scene but did not locate a victim.
