Kristan Bell

Kristan Bell, a 29-year-old woman, died on the morning of August 5, 2021, after a violent chain-reaction crash on U.S. Highway 280 in Chelsea, Alabama. Troopers said she was driving a 2006 Honda Civic when a Ford F-250 pickup struck her car from behind near the 12-mile marker, setting off a four-vehicle collision that also involved a 2016 Honda CR-V and a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. Bell was pronounced dead at the scene, and investigators reported she was not wearing a seat belt.
