On a Saturday evening in Tarrant, Alabama, a dispute turned fatal, leaving one man dead and another facing a capital murder charge. Lee Crosby Tetter, a 57-year-old male, was discovered deceased in his vehicle on June 1, 2019, the victim of a gunshot wound. The grim discovery was made in the 1200 block of Elizabeth Avenue, where Tarrant police and fire medics responded to a call and pronounced Tetter dead at the scene.
