On June 1, 2019, 57-year-old Lee Crosby Tetter was found deceased in his vehicle on the 700 block of Bell Avenue in Tarrant, Alabama. The Tarrant Police Department responded to the scene early that Saturday morning and initiated a homicide investigation.
