Woman's body found in a concrete irrigation ditch at Weld County roads
In the autumn of 1992, the body of a young Black woman, Tammy Lynn Cheeks, was discovered in a desolate concrete irrigation ditch at the intersection of Weld County Roads 20 and 51, northeast of Hudson, Colorado.
