A beloved teacher's remains are discovered over 70 miles away from her home
Barbara Blackstone vanished from Lyndon Station, WI on the afternoon of July 9, 1987, after visiting a local convenience store to purchase gas for her lawn mower. Officials believe that Barbara may have returned to her home after buying the gas. Barbara's remains were discovered more than 70 miles away in a wooded area of Lafayette County, WI on August 5, 1987.
