An 18 year old girl's remains are identified 3 years later by her jewelry
Eighteen year old Crystal Soulier was last seen on October 1, 1996 leaving a resort where she was working to visit her grandmother in Beloit, WI. Around 6 months later, on March 20, 1977, Crystal's remains were located in a brushy embankment east of Beloit in Rock County, WI. Crystal's remains were not identified until September of 2000, when a relative recognized her jewelry that was shown on a flyer at the sheriff's department.
