In the early morning hours of October 31, 2010, a dispute in a Milwaukee apartment ended in the tragic death of 22-year-old Hispanic female, Raisa Ivette Quiles. The incident unfolded shortly before 4 a.m. inside a residence in the 1200 block of W. National Ave. Events leading up to her death reportedly began after a financial transaction for sex between Quiles and a man named Uriel Pucheta-Crispin.
