Theodore Whitfield

On August 27, 2012, the life of 40-year-old Theodore Whitfield, an African-American male, was tragically cut short in his hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Known as a devoted father and a diligent worker, he had built a life for himself in the city where he was born and raised, overcoming many of life's challenges along the way.
