On October 25, 2004, the body of 26-year-old Catrina Powell was found near a dumpster in Westminster, Colorado. Powell’s nude body was discovered with her hands cut off, a gruesome detail that shocked investigators. She was last seen on October 24, 2004, around 3 a.m., after reportedly being released from jail and spotted in the area of Colfax Avenue in Denver.
