In the crisp autumn of 2013, the life of Teanis C. Tillmon, a 23-year-old African-American male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the evening of Wednesday, November 20, 2013, violence erupted in the 4700 block of North 37th Street, and Tillmon became its victim.
