Loretta L. Collins, a 19-year-old African American female, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The incident occurred on December 6, 2015, at approximately 4:15 a.m. in the 5800 block of N. 60th Street.

Collins and a 20-year-old man were both shot during the incident. Loretta suffered multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to her injuries. Her death came just three days before she would have celebrated her 20th birthday.
