On January 28, 2016, Milwaukee police began investigating the death of a 31-year-old man as a homicide. The victim, identified as Josue K. Colindres-Barrantes, was found dead inside a stolen black Dodge Caravan.
The discovery was made shortly after 7 a.m. on S. 24th St. near W. Becher St. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Authorities released the victim's identity in a news release on Thursday, the same day the investigation was announced.
