A woman's body is discovered on an off-ramp to I-495
On February 14, 1990, the body of 23-year-old Carolen Marie Wallace, also known as "Toni," was found near an off-ramp from Interstate 495 to Telegraph Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. Carolen, a resident of Forestville, Maryland, was known to frequent Washington, D.C. Her body was discovered by highway maintenance workers, and an investigation was launched immediately.
