A woman's body is discovered on an off-ramp to I-495
On February 14, 1990, the body of 23-year-old Carolen Marie Wallace, also known as "Toni," was found near an off-ramp from Interstate 495 to Telegraph Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. Carolen, a resident of Forestville, Maryland, was known to frequent Washington, D.C. Her body was discovered by highway maintenance workers, and an investigation was launched immediately. Despite efforts, the case remains unsolved, and no suspects have been identified.
