A realtor is found shot to death at Busy Bee Realty
On August 14, 2003, 59-year-old Joan Wood Weigelhofer was found shot to death inside her real estate office, Busy Bee Realty, located in Gum Spring, Virginia. She had been killed by a .40 caliber gun. Authorities believe Weigelhofer may have known her assailant, as there were no signs of forced entry into her office. A dark SUV was seen outside the office shortly before she was last seen alive.
