A realtor is found shot to death at Busy Bee Realty On August 14, 2003, Joan Wood Weigelhofer, a 59-year-old Caucasian female, was found tragically murdered inside her real estate office, Busy Bee Realty, in Gum Spring, Virginia. Her life was cut short by a single gunshot from a. 40 caliber handgun. The discovery was made by her daughter, Jennifer Waldrop, who also worked at the realty office.
