A man dies of a gunshot wound On a cool December evening in 2007, the sound of gunfire shattered the night in the 1300 block of Thamesford Drive in Virginia Beach, Virginia. When police arrived at 10:09 p.m. on Saturday, December 1st, they discovered a young man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was identified as 23-year-old Jesse Terrell Brown, a Black male.
