On August 12, 1989, 24-year-old Morriel McClain was found dead in his home on Smokey Chamber Drive in Virginia Beach, Virginia. His body was discovered by authorities around 1:45 p.m., and it was determined that McClain had been shot, with the death ruled as a homicide.
