On December 8, 2012, 77-year-old Walter Boone was found dead after a fire broke out in his Richmond, Virginia, home on Cofer Road. Firefighters responding to the scene discovered Boone's body inside. Although the fire initially raised suspicions, authorities determined that Boone had died from trauma unrelated to the fire.
