Do you know who murdered James Swain Jr?
On September 26, 2015, James Swain Jr., a 25-year-old man from Chesapeake, Virginia, was found shot to death in the South Norfolk section of the city. His body was discovered behind an apartment complex on Welcome Road in the Peaceful Village public housing community just after midnight. Swain had suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and despite investigations by the Chesapeake Police Department, the case remains unsolved.
