An argument breaks out among 6 men; 1 ends up dead In the early morning hours of August 29, 2004, a violent altercation shattered the peace at the Holy Oak apartments in Midvale, Utah, leaving one man dead. Juan Pedro Flores, a 38-year-old Hispanic male, was in his apartment at 7883 S. Main Street when a dispute erupted between him and five other men. At the time of his death, Flores, who was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, was a father of two and worked as a general contractor. He was also known by the aliases Jesus Holguin and Jesus Jaime Cazares.
