An argument breaks out among 6 men; 1 ends up dead
On August 29, 2004, 38-year-old Juan Pedro Flores was shot and killed at the Holy Oak Apartments in Midvale, Utah. The incident occurred around 1:00 AM during an altercation inside an apartment, where multiple witnesses were present. Flores was involved in a dispute with five other men, which escalated when one of the men, identified as Aristeo Colon, allegedly fired a gun, striking Flores in the stomach.
