Randall Lee Ward, age 48, was found dead on March 1, 2009, in Houston, Texas. The Houston Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in a residential area. Upon arrival, officers found Ward with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses mentioned hearing gunshots and observed individuals fleeing from the area shortly after the incident, but there were no immediate arrests.
