On September 11, 2010, at approximately 3:30 a.m., Pedro Flores, a 49-year-old Hispanic male, was discovered shot to death alongside Felecia Mosley at a residence located at 909 E. Line Street in Tyler, Texas. The circumstances surrounding their deaths indicated a double homicide, prompting an immediate investigation by the Tyler Police Department.
