On October 28, 2011, 26-year-old Carlos Delcid was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the intersection of Westheimer Road and Fondren Road, a location known for its nightlife and high foot traffic. Delcid was reportedly walking to his vehicle after leaving a nearby establishment when he was approached by an unknown assailant.
